International News: U17's Women's International Match Played at The Warren
Result: Thursday 30 October 2003 - England 3 Belgium 1
Over 300 spectators watched England's ladies put in an impressive display to see off their visitors, after taking a ten minute two goal lead. Manager Hope Powell would have been impressed with the displays of her players with a number of debutants, with many of those featuring at The Warren aiming to feature in April's U-19 European Championships.

Goals from Darti Brown and Emond Protain gave Yeading a 2-1 half-time lead. Wakering hit back early in the second before Nevin Saroya sealed the win from the spot and put Yeading back on to of the table.

Conference side Exeter City have been ranted special dispensation to sign Ding goalkeeper Matt Hodson on a non-contract basis, to help ease their injury crisis.

The Ding go top of the table again with another emphatic league win. David Clarke opened the scoring on 73 minutes with DJ Campbell extending the lead three minutes later. Emond Protain netted the third in the final minute of normal time to seal all three points.

The Warren will play host to international football at the end of this month. England U17 Ladies play host to Belgium on Thursday 30th October in an 11am kick off.

FA Trophy Preliminary Round - Saturday 4 October 2003
The Ding secured their first cup win of the season but made hard work of it having thrown away a 2-0 half-time lead (goals from Jason Tucker and Didier Moundi). However, two late second half goals from Errol Telemaque ensured the Ding move into the next round for an away tie at Dulwich Hamlet.

The Ding showed strength of character to go back second in the table after falling behind to a goal in the second minute. Keith Newby got the Ding level from a corner at half-time before second-half goals from David Clarke, Errol Telemaque, Dereck Brown, Jason Tucker and debutant centre back Didier Moundi secured the three points.
